Douglas Bech

Douglas Y. Bech was appointed to the Consensus Board of Directors in October 2021. He previously served as a director for J2 Global Inc. from November 2000 to September 2021, and for eFax.com, a company J2 Global acquired in November 2000, from August 1988 to November 2000.

Since August 1997, Mr. Bech has served as founder Chief Executive Officer of Raintree Resorts International, a company that owns and operates vacation ownership resorts throughout North America. Mr. Bech practiced securities and corporate finance law from 1970 until 1997. Mr. Bech also served as presiding independent director of HollyFrontier Corporation from July 2011 to May 2021 and was a director of Frontier Oil Corporation from May 1993 when it merged with Holly Corporation in July 2011. Mr. Bech also serves as an independent director of CIM Commercial Trust Corporation since March 2014.

Mr. Bech’s previous work as a securities and corporate finance lawyer, as a director of other public companies and his current experience as a chief executive officer of a private enterprise engaged in hospitality, resort management services, and sales and marketing in three different countries, provide expertise on corporate governance and a unique perspective to the Board of Directors.

Elaine Healy

Ms. Healy was appointed to the Consensus board at its inception and is chair of the Audit Committee. Ms. Healy is Co‐Founder and Co-CEO of NexGen Venture Partners, LLC, dba Aura, a provider of wireless infrastructure technology. Prior to co‐founding NexGen, Ms. Healy was Co‐Founder, President and Chief Operating Officer of Accel Networks, LLC, a fixed wireless broadband service provider featuring patented technology founded in November 2002 and acquired in June 2015.

Prior to becoming an entrepreneur in 2002, Ms. Healy spent 18 years as a private equity manager during which time she gained a broad background investing in operating companies ranging from start‐ups to emerging growth to publicly traded entities and serving as a director of companies in a wide range of industries. Ms. Healy is currently Lead Director for OFS Capital Corp, and Lead Director for Hancock Park Corporate Income.

Ms. Healy’s background has enabled her to cultivate an enhanced understanding of operations and strategy with an added layer of risk management. Ms. Healy graduated from The Florida State University in 1984 with a Bachelor of Science in Finance.

Stephen Ross

Stephen Ross was elected to the Consensus Board of Directors in October 2021. From 1989 to August 31, 2017, he served in various positions with Warner Bros Entertainment, Inc., most recently as Executive Vice President – Recreational Enterprises. Until 2009, Mr. Ross also served as a director of Grill Concepts, Inc., a restaurant company.

Mr. Ross’ more than 20 years of broad experience with one of the world’s premiere entertainment companies provides the Board of Directors a unique perspective.

Nate Simmons

Nate Simmons was elected to the Consensus Board of Directors in October 2021. Nate currently is president of J2 Cloud services, leading J2 Global’s Security, Communications, and Martech businesses, including eVoice, iContact, Campaigner, Vipre, IPVanish and KeepItSafe. Before joining J2 Global, Nate was Senior Vice President and COO of the Consumer Division of Symantec Corp, the leading provider of security and identity protection solutions under the Norton and LifeLock brands.

Prior to Symantec, Nate was Senior Vice President of Consumer Marketing at Time Inc., where he held a variety of leadership positions. Nate began his career as a consultant at McKinsey & Company. Nate received an MBA from Harvard Business School and an AB in Economics from Harvard College.

Pamela Sutton-Wallace, MPH

Pamela Sutton-Wallace is an accomplished health care executive with more than 25 years of experience in various sectors of the health care industry - most notably in academic medical centers. Currently, Pam serves as Group Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at New York-Presbyterian (NYP) for the Weill Cornell Division providing strategic and operational oversight for the Weill Cornell, Lower Manhattan, Brooklyn and Queens campuses.

Prior to her appointment at NYP, Pam served as the Chief Executive Officer for the University of Virginia (UVA) Medical Center in Charlottesville, Virginia from 2014-2020. Overseeing a $2.2B budget, she strategically led UVA Health in receiving several national recognitions in quality, safety, patient experience and team member engagement including being named the #1 hospital in Virginia by US News & World Report as well as receiving the Medical Center’s first Leapfrog A score.

Pam also worked at Duke University Health System in Durham North Carolina for 17 years in various leadership capacities including: Senior Vice President for Hospital Operations, Chief Operating Officer for Ambulatory Services, Vice President for Perioperative Services and Chief of Staff to the Chancellor for Health Affairs. Pam has also held positions in the pharmaceutical and insurance industries at Pfizer and Blue Cross & Blue Shield of North Carolina, respectively. She received her undergraduate degree in Political Science and African-American Studies from Washington University in St. Louis and graduated from Yale University School of Public Health with a Master of Public Health (MPH), completing her thesis with distinction.

Pam has served on several professional and community boards including the Yale School of Public Leadership Council, Carol Emmott Foundation, Duke University School of Nursing Board of Visitors, America’s Essential Hospitals and American Hospital Association Region 3 Policy Board to name a few. Additionally, Pam serves on the corporate board of J2 Global, an international digital media firm.

Pam is married to Maurice O. Wallace PhD, associate professor of English and African- American Studies at Rutgers University. They are the proud parents of two brilliant daughters, Sage (22) and Amaya (20). Pam enjoys speaking to a wide array of audiences as well as mentoring and encouraging the next generation of leadership.

Scott Turicchi

Scott Turicchi was elected to the Consensus Board of Directors in October 2021. Scott is currently CEO of Consensus where he recently led the activities for the company to spinoff from J2 Global. Previous to his current role, Scott was President and CFO of J2 Global where he was responsible for all finance, merger and acquisitions activity and public company matters. He joined the company in March 2000 as Executive Vice President of Corporate Development. Over the past 21 years, Scott has held various roles at J2, including chief financial officer, co-president and president.

 

Prior to joining J2, Scott was a managing director in Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette Securities Corporation’s investment banking department. At DLJ, he was responsible for corporate finance activities, including public equity offerings, high grade and high yield debt offerings, private equity placements and mergers and acquisitions advisory services.
